Casa dei Gelsomini è una casa indipendente calda ed accogliente nel tipico stile umbro. Disposta su due piani è dotata di un patio fresco d'estate e riparato in inverno nel quale è possibile mangiare o godersi il silenzio ed il verde della natura circostante. Una lunga fila di gelsomini ed un ombroso acero caratterizzano il giardino posto sul retro della casa.
Al piano terra la zona giorno è divisa in due vani: lo studio, che fa anche da ingresso, e la sala-cucina. Un ampio camino, disposto in modo da essere utilizzato sia come compagnia che per cucinare alla brace, e la cucina, completamente in muratura, rendono l'ambiente caldo ed accogliente. Il primo piano è composto di due camere arredate con letti matrimoniali ed un ampio e luminoso bagno. All'occorrenza è possibile usufruire nella camera degli ospiti di uno o due letti pieghevoli. La dotazione totale della casa è pertanto di 4+2 posti letto.
Il riscaldamento è autonomo ma può essere integrato dal caldo scoppiettare del fuoco

Casa dei Gelsomini is a typical Umbrian independent house warm and welcoming. Placed on two floors has a patio cool in summer and repaired in winter where you can eat or enjoy the silence and the green of the surrounding nature. A long row of jasmine and a shady maple characterize the garden on the back of the house.
On the ground floor the living area is divided into two rooms: the study, which is also entry room, and the living-kitchen room. A large fireplace, ready to be used both as a company and to cook on the grill, and the kitchen, completely masonry, make the place a warm and welcoming. The first floor consists of two rooms furnished with double beds and of a large and bright bathroom. You may use in the guests' room of one or two folding beds. The total budget of the house is therefore 4+2 beds. The heating is autonomous but can be supplemented by hot crackling fire

Casa dei Gelsomini est une maison typique de l’Ombrie, indépendante, chaleureuse et accueillante. Disposée sur deux étages, elle est dotée d’un patio frais en été et à l’abri l’hiver où il est possible de manger et de profiter du silence et du vert de la nature environnante. Une longue rangée de jasmins et un érable offrant de l’ombre caractérisent le jardin à l’arrière de a maison.
Au rez-de-chaussée le séjour est divisé en deux ouvertures: le bureau, que sert aussi d’entrée et la salle-cuisine. Une grande cheminée, disposée de façon à être utilisée soit comme compagnie ou bien pour cuisiner, et la cuisine, entièrement de pierres, constituent une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. Le premier étage est composé de deux chambres meublées de lits deux places et d’une vaste et lumineuse salle de bain. Si besoin est, il est possible d’utiliser dans la chambre des invités un ou deux lits pliables. La maison au total contient 4 couchages et deux lits restent à disposition. Le chauffage est autonome mis peut être allumé en plus de la cheminée

Casa dei Gelsomini ist ein warmes und einladendes Einfamilienhaus, das nach dem typischen umbrischen Stil erbaut wurde. Das auf zwei Stockwerken aufgestellte Haus verfügt über ein im Sommer frischen und im Winter gedeckten Patio, wo die Möglichkeit geboten wird zu essen oder sich die Stille und das Grünland zu genießen. Eine lange Jasminreihe und ein Ahorn, der Schatten spendet, charakterisieren den auf der Hinterseite des Hauses liegende Garten.
Im Erdgeschoss ist der Wohnbereich in zwei Räumen geteilt: das Arbeitszimmer, das ebenfalls zum Eingang gehört, und den Wohnzimmer mit der Küche. Ein groβer Kamin kann als Grill genutzt werden und die Küche, die komplett gemauert ist, machen das Ambiente warm und einladend. Der erste Stockwerk besteht aus zwei mit den Doppelbetten ausgestattete Schlafzimmern und ein groβes, helles Bad. Bei Bedarf ist es möglich die in den Gästezimmern bereit gestellten Klappbetten zu nutzen. Das Haus ist mit insgesamt 4+2 Bettplätzen ausgestattet. Die Heizungsanlage ist autonom und kann von der Wärme des Feuers integriert werden.
